Monday 3:45-5:15 ~ 3-5 Yrs. Old Combo Class
Thursday 5:15-6:00 ~ 10-12 Yrs. Old Jazz Class
Thursday 6:00-7:00 ~ 13 & Over Ballet Class
Friday 5:00-6:30 ~ 5-7 Yrs. Old Combo Class

~Class Description~

Ballet:
 This classical art form combines grace, poise, beauty, strength and a dedication to a proper technique.  

Cecchetti: A method of teaching ballet in which select students learn a set ballet syllabus and, when ready, present their work before a panel of examiners.

Pointe:
An extension of ballet for advanced dancers.

Tap: Executing desired rhythms made by movements of the feet.

Jazz: A combination of traditional and current dance styles with an emphasis on coordination, flexibility, strength and rhythm.

Lyrical: A combination of ballet, jazz and modern technique which expresses feelings and emotion.

Contemporary: Innovative movements that explore spatial awareness, balance and energy.

Stretch & Strengthen: A safe, comprehensive exercise program to enhance your muscle strength with lifelong flexibility.

Turns & Progressions: Focuses on developing proper technique for executing turns and leaps, used in all forms of dance.
